1. Not investment advice
Everything on 360marketview — the website, 360 Academy and the app — is information and education, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. That includes:
- charts, indicators, valuations and other figures;
- 360 AI Scores, and 360 AI Picks — rule-based research lists calculated from those scores, the same for everyone who chooses the same list — with their track record;
- analyst ratings and price targets, insider trades and politicians’ trades;
- 360 AI’s answers and analyses, and the brief on your dashboard;
- alerts and notifications;
- lessons, examples and glossary entries.
None of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, a trading signal, or a sign that an investment suits you. A stock on a Picks list is not a tip: it is there because it fits the list’s rules on the day the scores were calculated. 360marketview does not know your full financial situation, goals or appetite for risk. If you need advice, speak to a licensed professional.
2. Not a broker, not a bank
360marketview does not place trades, connect to your broker, or receive, hold or move your money or securities. You record transactions you made elsewhere. Your broker’s records are the official ones; if they differ from 360marketview, your broker is right.
3. Data can be late or wrong
The service shows data from third parties. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a source can stop working:
- Prices during the trading day can be delayed, and are not a quote you can trade at.
- Insider trades appear when the company’s officers and directors file them with the US SEC, after the trade.
- Politicians’ trades come from reports members of the US Congress file — often weeks after the trade.
- Analyst ratings, company figures and calendars come from providers and filings, and can change or be corrected later. A date the company has not confirmed is marked as such.
- Figures the app marks as illustrative are examples, not real data.
Check anything important against an official source before you act on it.
4. 360 AI can be wrong
360 AI reads the same data the screens show and writes an answer, a brief, or what a stock’s scores say. It can misread data, leave something out, or state something incorrect with confidence. It is built not to tell you to buy, sell or hold anything. It cannot trade and cannot change your records. Treat what it says as a starting point for your own research.
If you connect ChatGPT or Claude with Read and manage, they can change three things for you — watchlists, chart notes and alerts — when you approve it in that app. Each change carries the app’s name and can be undone. They cannot place trades or change your transactions, cash or account.
5. Your figures depend on what you enter
Holdings, cost, profit and returns are calculated from the transactions you record. A missing or mistyped transaction makes them wrong. They are not tax statements; for taxes, use your broker’s documents and, if needed, a tax adviser.
6. The past does not predict the future
Past performance — of a stock, an index or your own portfolio — does not tell you what will happen next. Comparisons with the S&P 500 or the Nasdaq describe what already happened.
360 AI Picks’ track record shows past, hypothetical results of each list’s rules: every stock on a list weighted equally from the day the list was published, before trading costs and taxes, with no real money invested. Past results do not predict future ones.
7. Examples on the website
The prices, holdings and figures in the website’s demonstrations and in 360 Academy’s examples are illustrative, made up for the demonstration. They are not real portfolios, real returns or a promise of results.
8. Your responsibility
You make your own investment decisions and are responsible for them. To the extent the law allows, we — 360marketview, who runs 360marketview — are not liable for any loss or missed gain from using the service; see section 13 of the Terms of Service.
