Your account moves to Free on its own: it costs nothing, has no end date, and nothing you entered is deleted. We email you three days before the end. Plus and Pro open soon; until then, every account carries on with Free.

No. We do not take payments yet, and neither the 7 days nor Free ever ask for a card.

Nothing is charged today, so there is nothing to cancel. Once paid packages open, you can cancel at any time: your package runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed, and your account goes back to Free.

Within 14 days of a payment, yes: the payment is refunded with the part you already used deducted — ask on day 10 of a 30-day month, and about two thirds comes back. After 14 days, a payment is not refunded unless the law where you live requires it. This applies once paid packages open; nothing is charged today.

In US dollars. How they are charged, and any sales tax or VAT where you live, will be on this page before paid packages open.

Yes. Nothing is deleted when the first days or a package end, and we do not sell your data. Your account and everything in it are deleted only when you ask — write to [email protected] from your account's email — within 30 days.
