1. Who we are

360marketview (the website 360marketview.com and the app behind it, together “the service”) is run by 360marketview, a sole-trader business in Azerbaijan, based in Baku, Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”).

These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What 360marketview is — and is not

360marketview is a personal portfolio tracker and stock research tool. You record the buys, sells, deposits and withdrawals you made elsewhere; it works out what you own, what it is worth and how you are doing. Around that it shows market data, company information, a calendar, alerts, and 360 AI, an assistant that answers from the same data.

360marketview is not:

  • a broker or an exchange. It does not connect to your broker, place orders or execute trades.
  • a bank or a custodian. It never receives, holds or moves your money or your securities.
  • an investment adviser. Nothing in the service — charts, figures, analyst ratings, insider or politician trades, 360 AI’s answers and the brief on your dashboard, 360 AI Scores, 360 AI Picks, alerts, lessons — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, or a signal to act. It is information and research. Read the Risk disclaimer.

3. Your account

  • Who can sign up. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. An account is for one person.
  • Signing up. You give your name, your email address and a password, and confirm the address with a six-digit code we email you.
  • Keep it safe. Use a password you do not use elsewhere and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
  • Accurate information. Keep your email address current, so codes and notices reach you.

4. Free, your first days and the paid packages

  • 7 days of everything. Every new account starts with 7 days with everything in the app open to it, free — no card and no approval needed.
  • Then Free. When those days end, the account moves to Free, which costs nothing and has no end date, unless you choose Plus or Pro. What each package includes is on the Pricing page.
  • When a paid plan ends, the account goes back to Free.

Your account and everything you entered stay as they are when the account moves between packages. What a paid package adds opens again when you choose one.

5. Payments

We do not take payments yet, and nothing in the service charges you today. Paid packages open soon. Before they do, we will update these terms, the Pricing page and the Refund Policy, and tell you by email. You will never be charged unless you choose a paid package yourself. Once they open, a payment can be refunded within 14 days, with the part you already used deducted, as the Refund Policy explains.

6. Market data

The service shows data from third parties: prices, company filings, analyst ratings, insider and politician trade reports, calendars and news. We do not create this data and do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date: it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a source can change or stop at any time. Some prices are delayed, and a figure may change after a company corrects a filing.

360 AI Scores and 360 AI Picks are calculated from that data by fixed rules, so they share its gaps and errors. Picks are research lists: the same for everyone who chooses the same list, never chosen for you personally.

Check anything important with an official source before you rely on it.

7. 360 AI

360 AI — its answers, the brief on your dashboard, and what it writes about 360 AI Scores and 360 AI Picks — is generated automatically by an AI model from the data the service holds. By using it, you agree that:

  • It can be wrong. It can misread data, leave something out, or state something incorrect with confidence. Treat it as a starting point for your own research.
  • It is information, not advice. It is built not to tell you to buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing it writes is a recommendation, personal or otherwise.
  • You use it lawfully. Do not ask it for, or use it to make, anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive or otherwise harmful, or malware; do not use it to find or publish private information about someone.
  • You do not try to get around its rules or limits — for example with prompts written to make it ignore its instructions (“jailbreaking”).
  • You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the answers. Put in only what you have the right to share, and decide for yourself what to do with an answer.

We may limit how much 360 AI can be used, refuse or stop a request that breaks these rules, and suspend 360 AI for an account that keeps breaking them. 360 AI cannot place trades or change your records.

If you connect ChatGPT or Claude with Read and manage, they can change three things for you — watchlists, chart notes and alerts — when you approve it in that app. Each change carries the app’s name and can be undone. They cannot place trades or change your transactions, cash or account.

8. Your records

What you enter — portfolios, transactions, notes, watchlists, alerts, chart drawings, your questions to 360 AI — is yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for its accuracy: the service calculates from what you enter.

9. The service and its intellectual property

The service — its software, design and text, 360 AI Scores and how they are calculated, 360 AI Picks, 360 Academy, and the 360marketview name and logo — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. While your account is open and you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own investments. No other right passes to you.

What you enter stays yours (section 8). Market data, company filings and news belong to their owners, not to us.

If you believe something in the service infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the details; we look at it and remove it where it does.

10. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, republish or redistribute the market data or content of the service, or use it for anyone but yourself;
  • scrape the service, or access it with bots or scripts other than the app itself;
  • share your account, or let others use it;
  • use the service for fraud, spam, or to deceive anyone;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
  • upload or send malware, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or reach other people’s data;
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Changes to the service

The service is developed continuously. We may add, change or remove features, and change our data sources. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

12. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account; we do it within 30 days.

We may limit, suspend or close your account if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly, if a payment is not made or is reversed, if there is a risk of fraud or to the security of the service or its users, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop the service, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

13. Our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not responsible for investment decisions you make, or for any loss or missed gain, whether or not you used the service to make them;
  • we are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data or in 360 AI’s answers, or for losses caused by them;
  • our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. The date at the top says when they last changed.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Before going to court, write to us — most problems are solved that way. A dispute that cannot be solved goes to the courts of Baku, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.
