1. Who is responsible
360marketview, Baku, Azerbaijan, is responsible for your personal data — the data controller (“we”, “us”). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
2. The website
The marketing website, 360 Academy and the docs (360marketview.com) ask you for nothing, and our own code on them tracks nothing: no analytics, no social-media buttons. Its fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party. The one third-party script is Google’s, for the ads below, on the English pages.
Your browser keeps a few small settings for the website, such as the language you chose and the lessons you finished. They stay on your device and are never sent to us; the Cookie Policy lists each one.
Like every website, the server that delivers the pages (Contabo, Germany) receives your IP address and browser type with each request, to send the page back.
Ads. The website’s English pages show ads served by Google AdSense; the Azerbaijani pages show none. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure these ads, including ads based on your visits to this website and other websites. When your browser loads Google’s ad script, Google receives your IP address and browser details; Google chooses the ads, and we never give it your name, your email or anything from your account. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings, and opt out of personalised ads from other companies at www.aboutads.info. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the website asks for your consent before ad cookies are used, and ads follow your choice. How Google uses this data: Google’s advertising policy; how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; the cookies themselves: the Cookie Policy. The app (app.360marketview.com) shows no ads.
Live chat. If you write to us in the chat bubble, we keep your messages and anything you type in its short form (such as your name, email or phone number) so we can answer you — by email too, if you leave an address and close the page. The chat runs on our own server, not a third-party chat service, and your browser keeps a small chat id so you see the conversation again. To have a conversation deleted, write to [email protected].
3. The app: what we collect
| What | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account | your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never readable) | to sign you in and contact you about your account |
| Account status | when you signed up, your account’s status, your trial or plan and its dates | to give you access |
| Your investment records | portfolios, buys and sells, deposits and withdrawals, transfers between your portfolios | to calculate your holdings, profit and performance |
| What you create in the app | watchlists, notes, chart drawings, alerts, peers you chose, politicians you follow | to show and keep them for you |
| Settings | language, theme, time zone, dashboard layout, chart colours, which notifications you want | to show the app the way you set it |
| AI conversations | the questions you ask the AI assistant and its answers | to show your history and continue a conversation |
| Telegram (only if you connect it) | your Telegram chat ID and username | to send your alerts to your chat |
| Security and use | one-time codes (stored only as a hash), sign-in sessions, when you were last active, your IP address in request limits and server logs | to keep accounts safe, stop abuse and fix errors |
Broker statements. If you import a broker’s statement (PDF), our server reads it to find your transactions and does not keep the file. Only the transactions you review and accept are saved.
We do not ask for your ID documents, your bank details or your broker login, and the app never connects to your broker.
4. Why we may use it
- To provide the service you signed up for — your account, your records, alerts and the AI assistant (performance of our agreement with you).
- To keep the service safe and working — limits on sign-in attempts, logs to find errors (our legitimate interest).
- To send you account emails — sign-up and password codes, the start and end of your trial or plan. We do not send marketing emails.
- Telegram — only after you connect it yourself (your consent). You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
- Ads on the website — Google’s ad cookies, with your consent where the law requires it (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, through the website’s consent message).
5. Who else processes your data
We use a few services to run the website and the app. Each receives only what it needs for its job:
| Service | What it receives | When |
|---|---|---|
| Contabo, Germany | everything the app stores, on our servers | always — this is where the app runs |
| Cloudflare (USA) | every request to our sites passes through it: your IP address, browser type and the page asked for | always — it delivers our pages quickly and protects them from attacks |
| Google (AdSense) | on the website only: your IP address, browser details, the page you are on, and the cookies or similar identifiers it uses for ads — see Google’s advertising policy | when you visit the website; never in the app |
| OpenAI (USA) | your question, and the portfolio figures or company data 360 AI needs to answer it or to write your dashboard’s brief | when you ask 360 AI, and when it writes your brief |
| ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) | what you ask them, and what they read from your account through the connection, under your own account with them | only if you connect one in Settings › AI apps |
| Resend (USA) | your email address and the email we send you | when we send a code or an account email |
| Telegram | the messages we send to your chat; and, in our own team’s chat, the name and email of each new account | your chat only if you connect Telegram; our team’s chat when you sign up |
| TradingView | a normal web request from your browser | when a page in the app shows a TradingView chart or panel (on some stock and index pages); your browser loads it from TradingView’s own servers |
Market data and news come from data providers and from official sources such as the US SEC and the US House of Representatives. We ask them for data by ticker symbol only — never with your name, email or portfolio.
We do not sell your data, give your account or investment records to advertisers, or use them to train AI models of our own. We give it to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside your country
Some of these services are in the United States or other countries. Where your data leaves your country, we rely on the service’s contractual and security commitments to protect it.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and records stay while your account exists — also after a trial or plan ends, so everything is there if you come back.
- When you ask us to delete your account — write to [email protected] from the email address on your account — we delete it and everything in it within 30 days.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Broker statement files are not kept at all.
8. Security
Passwords and one-time codes are stored only as hashes. Connections use HTTPS. Access to our servers and database is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can:
- see and correct your name, email address, password and settings in the app at any time;
- ask for a copy of your data;
- ask us to delete your account and data;
- object to a use of your data, or withdraw consent (for example, disconnect Telegram);
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. We answer within two working days.
10. Age
The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from them; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we collect or who processes it changes, and tell you by email or in the app before a significant change. The date at the top says when it last changed.
