This policy covers the paid packages of 360marketview, which is run by 360marketview (“we”, “us”).
1. Start free first
Every new account gets 7 days with everything in the app, free and without a card. When they end, the account moves to Free, which costs nothing and has no end date, unless you choose Plus or Pro. Use those days to decide whether a paid package is right for you before you pay for anything.
2. Refunds, with the part you used deducted
- Within 14 days of a payment — your first payment or a renewal — you can ask for a refund of that payment, for any reason.
- The part you already used is deducted. It is counted in days, from the start of the period the payment covers to the day you ask; the rest of the payment is refunded.
- For example: you pay for a month of Plus and ask on day 10 of a 30-day month. The 10 days you used are deducted, and about two thirds of the payment comes back. A yearly payment is counted the same way, by the days of the year.
- After 14 days from a payment, that payment is not refunded, unless the law where you live requires it.
- A refunded payment ends the plan it paid for at once. Your account goes back to Free, with everything you entered kept.
A refund can be refused where there are signs of fraud or abuse of this policy.
3. Cancelling
Once paid packages open, you can cancel at any time.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; then your account goes back to Free. Cancelling stops future payments. It does not by itself refund the current one — for that, ask within 14 days of the payment, as above.
4. Your legal rights stay
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country that gives you a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, you keep that right, and nothing in this policy takes it away. If you asked us to start the service at once and then withdraw within those 14 days, you pay for what you used up to then — the same deduction as above.
5. How to ask
Once paid packages open, you will ask through the link in your receipt or by writing to [email protected]. Questions about packages or payments today: write to [email protected]. We answer within two working days.
6. What happens to your data
A refund or a cancellation ends your plan, not your account. Your account goes back to Free and your records stay; what a paid package adds opens again when you choose one. To delete your account instead, see the Privacy Policy.
